Bobby Bragg and Amy Echols represented JamisonMoneyFarmer at the ribbon cutting for three new businesses housed at the first business incubator of Tuscaloosa, The Edge, on Thursday, May 16th. “The Edge helps budding entrepreneurs develop their business so they can go out on their own.” (Tuscaloosa News) Bobby serves on the Strategic Advisory Board for The Edge and several CPA’s from JamisonMoneyFarmer are mentors and business coaches to the budding start-up businesses of The Edge.

 The Edge is home to three businesses:
Zambooki.com, a free web service that lets homeowners and businesses get real-time bids for repairs, remodeling needs and other services relating to homes and business from area contractors. It also does Web development and business solutions for companies.

Southern Traditions Apparel, a designer of Southern-inspired clothes that uses contract manufacturers.

Forza Financial, a UA-student established business that makes micro loans to business that range from $500 to $5,000 at highly competitive rates and provides useful educational material to help borrowers have a strong foundation in the entrepreneurial skills they need to succeed.
