Benefits Offered at JMF

College Grads Interns

Full time employees at JMF are entitled to a generous benefit package including the following:

  • Health and dental coverage through BlueCross BlueShield of Alabama (JMF pays for individual coverage, employee pays difference for family coverage)
  • Paid leave totaling 120 hours per year (accrual begins with first full month of service at 10 hours per month, and increases with years of service milestones, i.e. 10, 15 and 20 years)
  • Elective participation in qualified Health Care and Dependent Care Reimbursement plans where you can elect to have a portion of your upcoming pay withheld pre-tax and reimbursed to you for qualified health and dependent care expenses
  • Group life insurance coverage for up to five times your annual salary, paid for by JMF (after 6 months of full time employment)
  • Group long-term disability and ADD coverage paid for by JMF (after 6 months of full time employment)
  • Participation in a 401k/Roth elective deferral plan after 1 year of employment. The plan also allows for a discretionary company match or profit sharing contribution.
  • CPE paid for or provided by JMF
  • Optional participation in an Employee Assistance Program provided by DCH Health System and paid for by JMF (assessment, short-term counseling and referral services)
