IRS Determines that PCORI Fees are Deductible Business Expenses

In a recently released memorandum, the IRS found that fees to fund the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Trust Fund (PCORI) were ordinary and necessary business expenses, and, thus, deductible business expenses.
