There is now a refund program in place for the Jefferson County Occupational Tax paid from January 12, 2009 through August 13, 2009. The Settlement Administrator has set a deadline of July 13, 2011 for employers to complete an Employee Refund Data Form to determine how much is owed and to whom. The forms can be found on the Administrator’s web site at http://jeffcoocctax.com/Home.html.
The refunds will be distributed to the employers and then the employers will need to refund the employees.

I work for DaVita Dialysis and our company was deducting jefferson county taxes up until April 2011. Non of our teammates have received a refund for this year or the previous year 2010. DaVita says they have filed the paperwork, but have not received our funds from Jefferson County. How can I find out our status?
