Description: Starting a new business and have tax questions? Attend the Alabama Department of Revenue’s free New Business Workshop on Thurs., Apr. 19 at 3pm and again at 5:30pm at the Tuscaloosa Public Library, Main Branch, 2nd Fl., Rotary Rm. (1801 Jack Warner Pkwy). Workshop will cover a variety of state tax info topics, including employer withholding taxes, state and local sales taxes, property taxes, business licensing requirements, and Alabama’s child labor law.
